Harry Edward Styles - also known as Harry Styles - is a British musician and composer. Harry Styles has been credited as composing songs in The One Direction band. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son of Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School. There together with his three classmates, he formed his own group, White Eskimo. After they won the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to an excellent performance, they were also a part of the Battle of Bands in the Battle of Bands 2010. He always had an interest in music but also wanted to work as the profession of a lawyer, physiotherapist, or even a scout. To support his family, he worked an hour or so working at a baker's shop. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. Due to this, his band needed to be disbanded. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they would form the group One Direction after the X Factor audition. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. They sang the Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would Be Sucky without You as well as Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart in the competition, which made them one of the leading contenders to win the competition. They were however 3rd place, just behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't place, but Cowell nevertheless paid two million dollars to One Direction for them to sign a deal with Syco.
